Challenge Negative Thoughts

We all have negative thoughts. Difficulties will come, and when they do, challenge those thoughts. When you find yourself jumping to conclusions, a method in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy known as cognitive restructuring may help. Ask yourself, “What evidence do I have that this is true?” Look for the proof, if it isn't there, try not to worry about it!

The more we know, the more confident we feel. Think about one thing you know and feel sure enough to give a speech or teach people about it. It's a nice feeling, right? Incompetence or lack of understanding tends to promote self-doubt. Listen to read a book, podcasts, take a class, investigate any learning method that works for you.
