A savory breakfast makes it easier to add vegetables; you can serve eggs over sautéed leafy greens. When you're cooking your eggs, you can add tomatoes or mushrooms or even get fancy and make a veggie-packed frittata or omelet. Kick-off your morning with a fresh and veggie-filled breakfast!

Soups, Sauces & Smoothies

Soups and sauces aren’t too surprising when it comes to veggie intake, but you can add a twist to them both. Soups, in particular, are an easy dish to add vegetables to.
